We Put Children First
At McEvoy & Stuntz LLP, we take the legal term “best interest of the child” to heart. Both of our lead attorneys were co-founders of a pro bono legal representation program in the Middlesex Probate & Family Court for children: Attorneys Representing Children (ARC). Started in 2014, the program now has over 40 attorneys who volunteer their time and resources to represent children in the Probate & Family Court.
